1. General Provisions

3. No Medical Services
Expat Health Da Nang is not a clinic, hospital, laboratory, or medical institution. Representatives of the Service do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatment, or make medical decisions on behalf of Users. Any information provided through the Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
4. Medical Institutions and Healthcare Professionals
All medical services are provided exclusively by licensed medical institutions and qualified healthcare professionals. The final decision regarding the selection of a physician, clinic, hospital, or treatment method remains solely with the User. The Service does not guarantee treatment outcomes, diagnostic accuracy, or the absence of complications.
5. Information Provided by the User
The User is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information provided, including personal information, medical records, test results, health-related information, medications being taken, and any other information shared with the Service or medical institutions through the Service.
The User understands and agrees that the quality of service coordination, the suitability of recommended medical institutions, and the ability to obtain relevant information depend directly on the completeness and accuracy of the information provided.
Expat Health Da Nang shall not be liable for any consequences arising from incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, misleading, or false information provided by the User.
6. Interaction with Medical Institutions
The User authorizes the Service to act as a coordinator in the organization of medical services, including the transfer of information necessary for appointment scheduling, obtaining appointment confirmations, and facilitating communication regarding examination results.
7. Cost of Medical Services
The cost of medical services is determined by the respective medical institution and may change independently of Expat Health Da Nang. Unless expressly stated otherwise by the Service, payment for medical services shall be made directly by the User to the medical institution.
Expat Health Da Nang is not responsible for pricing, billing, refunds, or any other financial matters arising between the User and a medical institution.
8. Right to Refuse Service
Expat Health Da Nang reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service, restrict access to the Service, or terminate interaction with any User at any time without explanation.
Such action may be taken in cases including, but not limited to, violations of these Terms, the provision of false or misleading information, abuse of the Service, abusive or inappropriate behavior, or circumstances that may create legal or reputational risks for the Service.
Any decision by Expat Health Da Nang to refuse or discontinue service shall be final and shall not require further justification or explanation.

All medical institutions remain solely responsible for the medical services they provide.
11. No Guarantee of Appointment Availability
The Service will make reasonable efforts to arrange appointments; however, it does not guarantee the availability of any particular physician, preservation of quoted pricing, unchanged schedules, or the absence of appointment rescheduling or cancellations.
12. Limitation of Liability
Expat Health Da Nang shall not be liable for the actions of medical institutions, treatment outcomes, diagnoses, complications, appointment cancellations, errors in medical reports, or any decisions made by the User based on information obtained through the Service.
The User is solely responsible for evaluating the need for medical care, selecting healthcare providers, clinics, examinations, diagnostic procedures, and treatment methods.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Expat Health Da Nang shall be limited to the amount, if any, actually paid directly to the Service by the User.
13. Force Majeure

Expat Health Da Nang does not guarantee the ability to respond promptly to emergency requests and shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from delays in obtaining medical care.
